Barcelona is the capital of Catalonia and the second largest city in Spain. It is located in the Iberian Peninsula on the Mediterranean coast in the northeast of Spain.
Place d'Espagna: one of the most important squares in Barcelona. Here you can see the beautiful foutain on the roundabout and the Venetian Towers.

Oh wow... great pictures. I, for one, cannot travel out of my country (no budget for that), so checking your blog feels like I've been there, too! Thanks for taking me to Barcelona!

I loved barcelona. It was a beautiful city. The old town is very very beautiful.

Two years ago a group traveled to Barcelona. We also visited Placa d'Espanya which you mention in your post. It's definitely one of the most important squares in Barcelona.
These pictures brings back memories - Great pics by-the-way.

Barcelona is one of my favorite Cities, I have been there on several occasions thanks to my royal Holiday vacation points, and I do plan to return soon, thank you for these great pictures.
